Awesome Post! I always have to eat breakfast when I wake up. My routine is pretty similar to yours.

It’s also a very good idea to exercise in the morning to get your body flowing. I do 20 push-ups and 5 pull-ups. I need to start hitting the gym and doing cardio for 20-30 minutes.

I’m all for that man… hurts a little less on the pocketbook… just sleep deprives me a bit .

Hey Mary Ann, congrats on taking some time off! We all get too wrapped up in work sometimes that we forget why we’re “working” in the first place… so we can enjoy life… right?
